Job Overview:

This role primarily centers around customer service and loan review, making it an ideal opportunity for candidates who demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and a proactive approach to driving business success from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide efficient and friendly responses to customers across various channels (primary responsibility).
  • Credit Risk: Assess loan applications for new Branch loan applicants, identifying and preventing fraud (primary responsibility).
  • Servicing & Collections: Proactively engage with borrowers who have missed payments.
  • Product: Escalate customer feedback and IT bugs to contribute to continuous product improvement.
  • Finance: Manage refunds, repayments, and other payment processes.
  • General: Contribute to various administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of prior customer service experience.
  • Passionate about our mission and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
  • Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to engage in hands-on tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong grammar and punctuation.
  • Data-driven and analytically inclined, with a good understanding of Excel.
  • Proficient typing skills (ideally above 45 words per minute).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional holidays.
