- Joint General Manager: A minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 8 years in a senior management position, preferably in the public sector undertaking (PSU) or a large organization.
Age Limit
- Additional General Manager: Maximum age of 55 years as on 30-06-2024.
- Joint General Manager: Maximum age of 62 years as on 30-06-2024.
Salary Structure
- Additional General Manager: Rs. 1,42,300/- per month
- Joint General Manager: Rs. 1,27,400/- per month
