Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualifications (As of 30.11.2023):
- Deputy Manager:
- MBA Degree with HR/Personnel Management specialization OR PG Degree/Diploma in HR/PM&IR/Labour Welfare OR Master’s in Social Work specializing in HR/Personnel Management.
- Minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI from a recognized Institute/University (excluding correspondence courses). Post-Qualification Experience: 4 years for Deputy Manager and 8 years for Manager in a reputable Government/Semi-Government/Public/Private Sector Undertaking’s HR setup. Experience should cover HR functions like Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Appraisal, Employee Relations, Statutory Compliances, implementation of pension schemes, Employee Welfare Schemes, Policy formulation, compensation policies, contract labor management, etc. Strong conceptual understanding, exceptional interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities are necessary.
- Manager:
- Similar educational qualifications as Deputy Manager.
- Minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI from a recognized Institute/University (excluding correspondence courses). Post-Qualification Experience: 8 years in an Executive/Officer role within the HR setup of reputed Government/Semi-Government/Public/Private Sector Undertakings, encompassing similar HR functions as mentioned for Deputy Manager. Essential traits include conceptual clarity, outstanding interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities.
Age Limits (As of 30.11.2023):
- Deputy Manager: 37 years
- Manager: 39 years Relaxation in the upper age limit applies as per Government rules for SC/ST, OBC, Persons with Disabilities, and Ex-Servicemen.
Salary Details:
- Deputy Manager: Rs. 70,000 – 200,000/-
- Manager: Rs. 80,000 – 220,000/-
Selection Process:
The selection process involves interviews, typically held in Delhi or through video conferencing. Specific details regarding venue/mode of the interview will be communicated separately to shortlisted candidates.
