Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria outlined below:

1. Senior Estate Consultant

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Retired Deputy Collector with a minimum of 10 years of regular service in the post of Deputy Collector.
  • Extensive experience in land acquisition, land revenue matters, dispute resolution, settlements, and related legal procedures.
  • Proven ability to effectively liaise with various Central/State Government entities, police, and other administrative/functional authorities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in handling land revenue-related legal matters and addressing public grievances.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Marathi, with a strong understanding of regional languages like Marathi and Hindi.
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in land rehabilitation matters.
  • Expertise in preparing various reports and documents pertaining to land/estate matters.
  • Knowledge of desktop automation, email, MS Office, and other relevant software.

2. Estate Consultant

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
  • Retired Tehsildar with a minimum of 10 years of regular service in the post of Tehsildar.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with State and Central Government entities on land/estate matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Marathi, with a strong understanding of regional languages like Marathi and Hindi.
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of land revenue matters.
  • Experience in land rehabilitation matters.
  • Knowledge of desktop automation, email, MS Office, and other relevant software.

3. Analyst – Programmer

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience in 12.5% Land Allotment Scheme, Property Tax, and other estate-related matters.
  • Experience in handling court matters related to the 12.5% Land Allotment Scheme and property tax.
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from a recognized university.
  • Proficiency in updating computerized records and providing statistical information.
  • Experience in land rehabilitation matters.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with State and Central Government entities on land/estate matters.

4. Computer Operator

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) from a recognized education board.
  • Proficiency in Marathi and English languages.
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Typing experience in both English and Marathi languages.
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in updating computerized records and providing statistical information.

• Computer Operator: Minimum Age – 30 Years, Maximum Age – 55 Years

Pay Scale:

• Senior Estate Consultant: Rs. 65,000/- per month
• Estate Consultant: Rs. 65,000/- per month
• Analyst – Programmer: Rs. 65,000/- per month
• Computer Operator: Rs. 20,000/- per month

Method of Selection:

The selection process for these positions will typically involve:
