National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) is inviting applications for the recruitment of Administrative Officers (Generalists & Specialists) (Scale I) with a total of 274 vacancies. The positions are distributed across various disciplines, offering a diverse range of opportunities for qualified individuals.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications as of December 1, 2023:

1. Doctors (MBBS): M.B.B.S / M.D. / M.S. or PG – Medical Degree from a recognized University.
2. Legal: Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a recognized University.
3. Finance: Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) OR B.COM / M.COM from a recognized University.
4. Actuarial: Bachelor / Masters degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Actuarial Science or any other quantitative discipline.
5. Information Technology: B.E / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/ MCA from a recognized University.
6. Automobile Engineering: B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech in Automobile Engineering from a recognized University.
7. Generalist Officers: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream from a recognized University.
8. Hindi (Rajbhasha) Officers: Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi or English with certain language criteria.

Age Limit: For Administrative Officers (Generalists & Specialists) (Scale I):

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years, as of December 1, 2023.

Salary Details: The starting Basic pay is Rs. 50,925/- with additional allowances. The total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 85,000/- per month in Metropolitan Centres. Other benefits include pension, gratuity, medical benefits, and more.

Selection Process: The selection process involves Phase-I (Preliminary Examination online), Phase-II (Main Examination online & Interview), and an Exam Center in Tamil Nadu.

• SC / ST / PwBD: Rs. 250/- (Intimation Charges only)
• All other candidates: Rs. 1000/- (Application fee including intimation charges)
