Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification (As of 04.01.2024):

Additional General Manager (Information Technology):

Minimum Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) in Computer Science / IT with 60% marks.
Experience: Minimum 16 years of post-qualification experience in SAP ERP implementation, IT infrastructure management, and more.

Additional General Manager (Finance & Accounts):

Minimum Qualification: CA/ CMA or Graduate in Commerce with MBA in Finance/Banking with 60% marks.
Experience: Minimum 16 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounts with expertise in project financing, risk analysis, and more.

Dy General Manager (Finance & Accounts):

Minimum Qualification: CA/ CMA or Graduate in Commerce with MBA in Finance/Banking with 60% marks.
Experience: Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounts with expertise in project financing, fund mobilization, and more.

Deputy General Manager (Human Resource & Administration):

Minimum Qualification: Degree in any discipline with a Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration with 60% marks.
Experience: Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in HR and administration, with a focus on manpower planning, recruitment, and more.

Deputy General Manager (PMC-Civil):

Minimum Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
Experience: Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in designing civil structures, project management, and more.

Age Limit (As of 04.01.2024):

Age varies for different positions, ranging from 28 to 48 years.

Salary Details:

Salary ranges from Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 based on the position.

Selection Process:

Depending on the number of applications, SECI may revise eligibility criteria or limit the number of applications.
The selection process may include a screening test, written test, trade test, or skill test.

Application Fee of Rs. 1000/- for certain posts and Rs. 600/- for others. SC/ST and PwBD candidates are exempted.
