NHPC is inviting applications for various positions. Here are the details:

1. Graduate Apprentices:

• Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics & Communication, IT/Computer Operator-cum-Programming Assistant.
• Number of Posts: 70

2. Technician Apprentices:

• Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics & Communication, IT/Computer Operator-cum-Programming Assistant.

3. ITI Candidates:

• Electrician, Lineman/Wireman, Power Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Instrument Mechanic, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Mason (Building Constructor).
• Total Posts: 70

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

For Degree and Diploma:

1. Passed the Degree/Diploma examination from any recognized institution.
2. Applicants completing 3 years 3 months after qualifying Degree/Diploma as of 01.01.2024 are eligible.
3. Candidates with prior training/experience for more than one year are not eligible.

For ITI Candidates:

1. Passed 10th Class under 10 + 2 education system or equivalent.
2. Passed ITI examination from a recognized institution in the respective trade.
3. Minimum age of 14 years as of 01.01.2024.

Salary Details:

During the training period, monthly stipends will be paid as per the Apprentice Act and/or Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on marks secured in the respective trade/discipline and performance in online/virtual interviews. No TA/DA will be provided. Selected candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate.

• Last date for applying on Apprenticeship portal: 20.12.2023
• Last date for receipt of Registration slip/acknowledgment along with self-attested copies at NHPC Loktak Project by Speed post/Registered post/By-hand or via: 20.12.2023 (Till 05:00 PM)

Additional Information:

• Degree & Diploma applicants must enroll in the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal.
• ITI candidates should register in the RDAT portal.
• Canvassing in any form will be treated as unsuitability.
• Management reserves the right to reject applications or modify the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
• Selection for training does not guarantee employment at NHPC Ltd.
• Selected candidates must arrange their own stay during the training period.
