Bank of Maharashtra is inviting applications for the following positions:

Credit Officer Scale II

Credit Officer Scale III

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Credit Officer Scale II

• Bachelor’s Degree from a University/Institute with a minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) marks aggregate in all years/semesters recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Professional Qualifications (Compulsory): MBA (Full time) in Banking/Finance/Banking & Finance/Marketing/Forex/Credit from a University/Institute recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory Bodies/PGDBA/PGDBM/CA/CFA/ICWA/Financial Risk Manager.In the absence of professional qualifications, a candidate may apply subject to the production of an experience certificate of at least 3 years in Specialized Branches/Controlling Offices at the Head and Zonal Office level in any Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as an officer with proficiency in credit appraisal, financial statement analysis, and good interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Credit Officer Scale III

• Bachelor’s Degree from a University/Institute with a minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) marks aggregate in all years/semesters recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • Professional Qualifications (Compulsory): MBA (Full time) in Banking/Finance/Banking & Finance/Marketing/Forex/Credit from a University/Institute recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory Bodies/PGDBA/PGDBM/CA/CFA/ICWA/Financial Risk Manager.In the absence of professional qualifications, a candidate may apply subject to the production of an experience certificate of at least 5 years in Specialized Branches/Controlling Offices at the Head and Zonal Office level in any Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as an officer with proficiency in credit appraisal, financial statement analysis, and good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Age Limit: (As on 30.09.2023)

1. Credit Officer Scale II – Minimum 25 years and Maximum 32 years
2. Credit Officer Scale III – Minimum 25 years and Maximum 35 years

Salary Details:

1. Credit Officer Scale II – Rs.48,170 – 69,810/-
2. Credit Officer Scale III – Rs.63,840 – 78,230/-

Selection Process:

1. Online Exam
2. Interview

Exam Center in Tamil Nadu: Chennai

Application Fee:

• UR/EWS/OBC – Rs.1,180/-
• ST/SC/PWD – Rs.118/-
