Deputy Project Manager (Architect): 01 Post 6. Deputy Manager (Transport Planning): 01 Post 7. Fire Safety Officer / Consultant (Fire Safety): 01 Post Total: 08 Posts

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  1. General Manager (Maintenance):
  1. B.E/B.Tech (EEE/Mech) from a recognized Institute/University.
  2. Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure project maintenance.
  1. Project Manager:
  1. B.E/B.Tech (Civil) from a recognized Institute/University.
  2. Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in large infrastructure projects.
  1. Joint Project Manager (Structures):
  1. B.E/B.Tech (Civil) with M.E/M.Tech (Civil/Structural Engineering) preferred.
  2. Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in planning and design of infrastructure projects.
  1. Deputy Project Manager (Construction):
  1. B.E/B.Tech (Civil) from a recognized Institute/University.
  2. Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in large infrastructure projects.
  1. Deputy Project Manager (Architect):
  1. B.Arch from a recognized Institute/University.
  2. Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in architecture, interior, and landscape design.
  1. Deputy Manager (Transport Planning):
  1. Graduate in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
  2. Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience with knowledge of Primavera software.
  1. Fire Safety Officer/Consultant (Fire Safety):
  1. Graduate with a Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in Fire Safety.
  2. Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in fire-related departments.

Age Limit (as of 29.11.2023):

  1. General Manager (Maintenance): 55 Years
  2. Project Manager: 55 Years
  3. Joint Project Manager (Structures): 43 Years
  4. Deputy Project Manager (Construction): 40 Years
  5. Deputy Project Manager (Architect): 40 Years
  6. Deputy Manager (Transport Planning): 35 Years
  7. Fire Safety Officer/Consultant (Fire Safety): 40 Years

Age relaxation as per Govt. Rules. Refer to the official notification for details.

Salary Details:

  1. General Manager (Maintenance): Rs. 2,25,000/-
  2. Project Manager: Rs. 2,25,000/-
  3. Joint Project Manager (Structures): Rs. 1,45,000/-
  4. Deputy Project Manager (Construction): Rs. 1,25,000/-
  5. Deputy Project Manager (Architect): Rs. 1,25,000/-
  6. Deputy Manager (Transport Planning): Rs. 75,000/-
  7. Fire Safety Officer/Consultant (Fire Safety): Rs. 1,25,000/-

Selection Process: The selection process includes a two-stage process – an interview followed by a medical examination, evaluating candidates on various aspects.

Application Fee:

  • Unreserved & Other Categories: Rs. 300/-
  • SC/ST: Rs. 50/-
  • No application fee for Differently Abled persons.
