We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Email Support Team. As a prospective agent, you will enjoy a competitive monthly Cost to Company (CTC) of 5000k, accompanied by a 500Rs internet allowance. This compensation package reflects our commitment to valuing your skills and ensuring that you are equipped to excel in your role.

Training and Onboarding

Selected candidates will undergo an intensive training program, spanning 9 hours daily for the initial 3 days. This training is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in your role as an Email Support professional. Following the initial training period, your daily login commitment will be reduced to 2 hours, adhering to a well-defined process that streamlines your workflow.

Selection Criteria: Prospect AI Score

To maintain the high standards of our team, all hiring will be conducted under the umbrella of Prospect AI. A minimum score of 65 is a prerequisite for consideration in this hiring process. We uphold this criterion with no exceptions, ensuring that our team comprises individuals who align with our commitment to excellence.

Work Schedule

The work schedule offers flexibility within the time frame of 19:00 Hrs to 00:00 Hrs, with a requirement to log in for any 2 hours during this period. This flexibility is designed to accommodate the diverse needs and preferences of our team members, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Duration of the Process

The Email Support process is set for a duration of 3 months, providing a well-defined timeline for engagement. This structured approach allows team members to commit to the role with clarity about the expected duration, fostering a sense of stability and predictability.
