Eligibility Criteria:

1. Deputy Director (Group – A)

• Essential: Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension from a recognized university.
  • Desirable: Five years’ experience as Assistant Professor or equivalent. Experience in training, research, consultancy, policy advocacy, implementation of government programs, education, documentation, and dissemination in the concerned field. Exposure in Agricultural Extension Management.

• Assistant Director (Group – A)

• Essential: First Class (60% marks or above) Master’s degree in Agricultural Extension from any recognized University.
  • Desirable: Three years’ experience in training, teaching, or research in the concerned field. Ph.D. in a relevant subject from any recognized University.

• Academic Associate (Group – B)

• Essential: First Class (60% marks or above) Master’s degree in Fisheries/Zoology/Agricultural Zoology.
  • Desirable: Ph.D. in relevant subjects or at least two years’ experience in research and training in the above subjects.

• EDP Assistant (Group – B)

• Essential: First Class (60% and above) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications/Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning/Data Science/Internet of Things.
  • Desirable: One year experience in computer programming.

• Upper Division Clerk (Group – C)

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Speed of 30 wpm in English typewriting.
  • Desirable: Three years’ experience in Govt. Office/Undertaking or Autonomous body or reputed firms. Knowledge of Govt. rules and regulations and office procedure. Working knowledge of computers.

• Multi-Tasking Staff (Group – C)

• Essential: Matriculation (10th Class Pass) from a recognized Board; with proficiency in typewriting or basic certificate course in Computer/IT.
  • Desirable: Fluency in Hindi and Telugu. Familiarity with office work, photocopying, driving of vehicles, binding, and photography.

Age Limit: (As on 20.11.2023)

1. Deputy Director (Group – A): Not exceeding 50 years
2. Assistant Director (Group – A): Not exceeding 35 years
3. Academic Associate (Group – B): Not exceeding 35 years
4. Academic Associate (Group – B): Not exceeding 35 years
5. EDP Assistant (Group – B): Between 18 to 30 years.
6. Upper Division Clerk (Group – C): Between 18 to 27 years.
7. Multi-Tasking Staff (Group – C): Between 18 to 27 years.

Salary Details:

1. Deputy Director (Group – A): Pay Matrix Level – 13A (UGC Scale) (Rs.1,31,400/- to Rs.2,17,100/-)
2. Assistant Director (Group – A): Pay Matrix Level – 10 (UGC Scale) (Rs.57,700/- to Rs.1,82,400/-)
3. Academic Associate (Group – B): Pay Matrix Level – 6 (Rs.35,400/- to Rs.1,12,400/-)
4. Academic Associate (Group – B): Pay Matrix Level – 6 (Rs.35,400/- to Rs.1,12,400/-)
5. EDP Assistant (Group – B): Pay Matrix Level – 6 (Rs.35,400/- to Rs.1,12,400/-)
6. Upper Division Clerk (Group – C): Pay Matrix Level – 4 (Rs.25,500/- to Rs.81,100/-)
7. Multi-Tasking Staff (Group – C): Pay Matrix Level – 1 (Rs.18,000/- to Rs.56,900/-)

Selection Process:

MANAGE may conduct a Written Examination followed by a Skill Test or Interview.

Application Fee:

Candidates must pay the application fee as detailed below via Demand Draft in favor of “MANAGE” payable at Hyderabad. SC/ST/PwD/Women candidates are exempted from application fees.

• Group – A: Rs. 1180/-
• Group – B: Rs. 590/-
• Group – C: Rs. 354/-
