About the Role:

We are currently seeking specialists for our Assisted Buying Customer Experience team. As a specialist, your main responsibility will involve solving issues that customers encounter during the insurance purchasing process.

You will constantly seek innovative ways to enhance their experience. In this role, you will provide support to ensure that customers’ queries related to insurance products are addressed promptly and that they enjoy a seamless purchasing experience.

Your role is pivotal in understanding the customer’s perspective and identifying key drivers for enhancing the overall experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Prioritize integrity and customer-centricity in all interactions.
2. Handle basic queries related to PhonePe’s insurance products and transactions and convert queries into business.
3. Flexibility to communicate through both phone and data channels.
4. Pay close attention to customer needs and suggest appropriate products with a focus on customer experience.
5. Achieve monthly performance targets as assigned by supervisors.
6. Follow defined process guidelines to resolve issues.
7. Build customer trust through effective interactions.
8. Meet hourly and daily productivity goals.
9. Utilize internal processes and resources to resolve customer concerns.
10. Escalate issues as needed, seeking support from relevant teams to ensure resolutions.
11. Recommend process improvements.
12. Engage and educate customers to help them make the most of PhonePe’s services.

Ideal Candidate Should:

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Have 1-3 years of work experience in insurance advisory or sales roles.
• Exhibit strong learning abilities.
• Be an active listener and adept at handling objections.
• Show a strong customer orientation and adaptability to various scenarios.
• Be a team player, open to feedback, and flexible.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Hold a graduation degree (10+2+3) as a mandatory qualification.
• Multilingual skills (spoken and written) in South Indian languages are preferred.
• Be comfortable working in shifts and flexible roster arrangements.
