Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- E 4 – Company Secretary (FT) –
- Qualification: Graduate and a certified Company Secretary with Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Candidates with CA/ICMA and a Degree in Law from a recognized university/institution of repute, or through Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE, will be given preference.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience.
- E 5 – Company Secretary (FT) –
- Qualification: Graduate and a certified Company Secretary with Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Candidates with CA/ICMA and a Degree in Law from a recognized university/institution of repute, or through Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE, will be given preference.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
Age Limit: (As on 06.01.2024)
- E 4 – Company Secretary (FT) – Below 42 years
- E 5 – Company Secretary (FT) – Below 46 years Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Refer to FSNL official Notification 2024 for more details.
Salary Details:
- E 4 – Company Secretary (FT) – Rs. 70,000-3%-200,000/-
- E 5 – Company Secretary (FT) – Rs. 80,000-3%-220,000/-
Selection Process:
FSNL may follow the subsequent process to select candidates:
- Written test
- Interview
Application Fee:
Candidates applying for the above posts are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 500/- (except those belonging to SC/ST/Ex-servicemen categories). Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance. Bank transaction charges and taxes applicable for online payment of application fees/intimation charges will be borne by the candidate.
