Namakkal DHS is accepting applications for the following positions:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. District Quality Consultant:

1. Dental/Ayush/Nursing/Social Science/Life Science graduates with Masters in Hospital Administration/Public Health/Health Management (full-time or equivalent).
2. 2 years of experience in Health administration.
3. Desirable training/experience in NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen.
4. Previous work experience in health quality is an advantage.

2. Dental Surgeon:

2. BDS qualification from government or government-approved private Dental colleges recognized by the Dental Council of India.
3. Certificate of registration issued by the Tamil Nadu Dental Council.

3. Refrigeration Mechanics (Immunisation):

3. Certificate course in ITI Refrigeration Mechanic & Air Conditioning with one year of experience.

4. Mid Level Health Provider (MLHP):

4. Diploma in GNM/B.Sc., (Nursing) from Government or Government-approved Private Nursing colleges recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.

5. RBSK Pharmacist:

5. Diploma in Pharmacy.

6. Health Inspector GR-II:

6. Must have passed plus two with Biology or Botany and Zoology.
7. Must have passed Tamil Language as a subject in S.S.L.C level.
8. Must possess two years of Multi-purpose Health Worker (Male)/Health Inspector/Sanitary Inspector Course training.

7. ANM-UPHC:

7. For pre-15.11.2012 qualification: SSLC with 18 months Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health Workers (Female) course.
8. For post-15.11.2012 qualification: +2 with 2 years Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health Workers (Female) course.
9. Certificate of registration issued by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.

8. Dental Assistant:

8. 10th passed with experience in assisting Dental Surgeon.

9. Data Entry Operator:

9. Intermediate (10+2) and computer literate.
10. Minimum one year of relevant work experience.

10. Programme – Administrative Assistant:

10. Recognized Graduate Degree with fluency in MS Office Package.
11. One year of experience in managing office and supporting Health Programme/National Health Mission (NRHM).
12. Knowledge of Accountancy and drafting skills are required.

11. Tribal Welfare Counselor:

11. Person from the local Tribal community, preferably female.
12. Must have passed 10th std.
13. Must be familiar with the Tribal Language.

Salary Details:

1. District Quality Consultant – Rs. 40,000/-
2. Dental Surgeon – Rs. 34,000/-
3. Refrigeration Mechanics (Immunisation) – Rs. 20,000/-
4. Mid Level Health Provider (MLHP) – Rs. 18,000/-
5. RBSK Pharmacist – Rs. 15,000/-
6. Health Inspector GR-II – Rs. 14,000/-
7. ANM-UPHC – Rs. 14,000/-
8. Dental Assistant – Rs. 13,800/-
9. Data Entry Operator – Rs. 13,500/-
10. Programme – Administrative Assistant – Rs. 12,000/-
11. Tribal Welfare Counselor – Rs. 10,500/-

Selection Process:

Namakkal DHS may follow the subsequent process for candidate selection:

2. Interview
