ICMR-NIMR Job Openings

ICMR-NIMR is seeking applications for the following positions:

Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

1. Project Technical Support III

• Essential Qualification: A three-year graduate degree in Life Science subjects with three years of experience OR a Post Graduate degree in Life Science subjects or equivalent.

• Project Technical Support III

• Essential Qualification: A three-year graduate degree in Life Science subjects with three years of experience OR a Post Graduate degree in Life Science subjects or equivalent.

• Project Technical Support I

• Essential Qualification: 10th + Diploma (MLT/DMLT) + two years of experience in the field of malaria work.
  • Desirable Qualification: Experience in similar research proposals and proficiency in local languages.

Age Limit:

1. Project Technical Support III – 35 Years
2. Project Technical Support III – 35 Years
3. Project Technical Support I – 28 Years

The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWDs & 13 years for OBC PWDs), and for Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India rules. Candidates’ relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided as per Government rules. Please refer to the ICMR-NIMR official Notification 2023 for further information.

Salary Details:

1. Project Technical Support III – Rs. 28,000/- + 18% HRA
2. Project Technical Support III – Rs. 28,000/- + 9% HRA
3. Project Technical Support I – Rs. 18,000/- + HRA (as applicable)

Selection Process:

ICMR-NIMR may use the following methods to select candidates:

1. Walk-in-interview
2. Written test

How to Apply:

Interested and eligible candidates who meet the specified educational qualifications should appear for a Walk-in-Interview at the Institute. Please bring all original and self-attested copies of certificates/testimonials, a valid identity proof (Voter ID card/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport/Aadhar Card), and one passport-size photograph. Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the interview without their original certificates.
