Both freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience in a customer-focused or content-editing role are welcome to apply. Training and Development
This role comes with comprehensive training to help you get up to speed. You will receive training on relevant systems and information, including modules like Trademark Fundamentals, an Introduction to Products, and an Overview of the Customers. You will also be trained on trademark indexing through specialized applications such as TIPSi, Atrium, and other production systems. Additional training will cover the unique processes and databases you will be working with.
About the Team
The Trademark Indexing team is dynamic and operates in an industry that is constantly evolving. The team consists of 14 members who report to the Team Manager. Team members have extensive experience in indexing, curating, ingesting, updating, editing, and enriching trademark records. Together, they work to input these records into CompuMark databases, ensuring the information is accurate and up-to-date.
Work Hours and Location
This is a hybrid role with working hours from 12 pm to 9 pm IST or 2 pm to 11 pm IST, including a one-hour break. The position requires you to work in the office two to three days a week, Monday through Friday.
