The Indian Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited (IDPL) has recently announced vacancies for the positions of Deputy Manager (Finance) and Executive (Legal). The total number of available positions is two.

Vacancy Details:

1. Deputy Manager (Finance) –
2. Executive (Legal) –  Total: Various positions

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Deputy Manager (Finance):

1. Qualification: CA(Inter)/CMA(Inter)
2. Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed organization with sound knowledge of Accounts and Taxation. The candidate should be well-versed in Accounts, including closure of accounts, accounting standards, financial concurrence, taxation, and budgeting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required, along with knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations. Experience in PSU/CPSEs is preferred.

2. Executive (Legal):

2. Qualification: LLB/LLM
3. Experience: Minimum 03 years of post-qualification professional experience in Legal aspects, handling Legal/Court cases. Experience in dealing with issues related to Service matters, NCLT, Arbitration, Negotiable Instruments, Writs, Public Interest Litigations, and MSMEs is essential. Proficiency in drafting submissions and language skills is required. Computer knowledge and internet browsing skills are necessary. Experience in PSU/CPSEs is preferred.

Age Limit: (As on 31.01.2024)

• Deputy Manager (Finance): Not exceeding 45 years.
• Executive (Legal): Not exceeding 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

Salary Details:

1. Deputy Manager (Finance): Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-
2. Executive (Legal): Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 22,000/-

Selection Process: The selection process involves shortlisting and an interview.
