As an Associate – Customer Support for Tech Mahindra’s International Voice Process (UK), your primary tasks will include:
- Customer Interaction: Provide world-class support to customers via voice channels. This involves addressing customer concerns, resolving queries, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Understand the nature of customer issues and take ownership of delivering effective solutions. Your ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems is essential.
