Educational Qualification:

1. Prosecutor in Serious Fraud Investigation Office – (i) Graduate in any subject plus bachelor`s diploma in Law from a identified University or Institute; OR (ii) Integrated graduate in Law (5 years duration) from a identified University or Institute. Experience: For Graduate in any subject plus bachelor`s diploma in Law Holders:- One 12 months revel in in managing litigation & courtroom docket matters/management of Law in a Government agency OR For Integrated graduate in Law ( 5 years duration) Holders: Two years` revel in in handing litigation & courtroom docket matters/management of Law in a Government agency. Desirable: (i) Additional three hundred and sixty five days revel in in corporate/ crook regulation matters. (ii) Masters` in Law (LL. M.) from a identified University or Institute.
